Whats got your confidence down?

Re: Carers under 30...

Loss of confidence can happen with being made redundant @outlander. I have been finding I don't want to rush into anything. I did get out Tuesday to do some voluntary work, but I have not caught up with some people I anticipated I would have. Once I get into a routine with the new job I sure things will start to fall into place a bit better.

Re: Carers under 30...

Oh yes of course @Former-Member try to remember that wasnt your fault though.
Maybe you not rushing into things is a sign to just slow abit and enjoy life abit. Find the things that make you happy to...
Hopefully youll be able to catch up with some people soon. Its tricky when no ones schedule matches up very often.
With your new job is that a everyday or just a few days a week?

Re: Carers under 30...

@outlander it is more a matter of me not making an effort 😀.

Perhaps needed a bit more rest and time to get used to the redundancy than I thought so have not felt guilty about taking the necessary time out. Have made sure I have done something every day (ranging from miniscule to a fair bit).

Trying to get the place tidied (definitely not a strong point) has taken a lot longer than I thought - perhaps contributing to a loss of confidence.

Any hoo lovely, am back in town, have much to be thankful for. Work is flexible, can do as much or as little as I am able to.
