Me well im abit sore from slipping in the bathroom last night and i got a nice big bruise from hitting my leg on the bathtub
And todays going to be interesting as im speaking to the two people who are bullying me

I've got some work on and gym today. Will carve out some time for a long meditation session too.
I can almost feel the pain of hitting the bathtub myself, I do that sort of thing more than I care to admit - ouch! Hope you've got something to soothe it. Good luck as well.
