Shes 28... she has a interletual disability but cant cope with change. if i ask her to do something she has a massive tantrum

How do you or what have you learnt to respond to the tantrums?
I have her names evie but she's not on the carers side of things but other than that no except you and the loveley @Former-Member who is young at heart ❤❤❤
