Been busy today my chicken. Have been watching the footy but reckon I'll be in the land of nod very soon.

Hows mr darcy is he any better? @Former-Member i watch footy sometimes i go for the bulldogs who do u go for?
Ive had a very long emotional day and ive just had my meds so hopefully I will be asleep soon too as im still extremely emotional and tired too

The swans are our team @Former-Member. There are many things to be grateful for possum and when it comes to Mr Darcy, I try and focus on them. Sleep tight little one.

I would really love to hear something positive from you, I would love you to start telling me the things that you are good at or something you have achieved. On these forums it is so easy to focus on the difficulties we are having that we don't celebrate the steps forward that we make.

Something positive at my end is that I am able to laugh a lot more.

One thing that has really helped me understand what was needed holistically with Mr Darcy's mental illness was firstly discovering pictures from this website:

This led me to the Fresh Hope website and I realised that Mr Darcy & I could live well in spite of his mental health diagnosis. This is a religious website but the principles apply to those with and without faith. It has things for both the patient and the carer. The carer side of things was really useful for me.

Hmmm something im.good at.... probably my artwork. It my new found thing when before i would only draw stick figures but ive discovered i can do abit more than that. I do have a drawing thread on the other side of the forums if youd like to have a look or i can upload some here when im on my computer next if youd like.
Despite having a shite day i did go for a bike ride with my sister
