Early afternoon job = one box of junk sorted. Sewing machine now in situ in lidded storage tub (to keep dust off) and wrapping ribbons sorted in another container.

Afternoon tea time ... then one last job for the day 😀.

Reckon I'm almost done for the day @outlander but might yet achieve a little more.

Post afternoon tea job involved dusting off the wood heater and surrounds. The slate base swept and washed, the fire tool set wiped. As the rest of the lounge done earlier, it was noticeably in need of attention 😀.

Still have the lounge covers to put back on and the bed to make when the washing comes in (Mr D did a load this morning including the bed linen).

I think we can rest easy tonight knowing that our places are looking better than they were this morning @outlander 🙌. Mr Darcy unpegging the washing as we speak.

Lounge covers in situ, washing put away, bed made. Heading to the hot choc cafe for a cool drink. 😀
