FREE SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS FOR ADHD, BPD, EATING DISORDERS?

FREE SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS FOR ADHD, BPD, EATING DISORDERS?

Hi!

So I've been living with ADHD, BPD and an eating disorder for years now, and I realised that I didn't have as much control over how they affect me as I thought when I found myself having breakdowns recently, alongside a fear that I will go back to a very negative headspace I was in when I had a mental health crisis last year. I am

I also moved to (Edited by moderator) recently and my usual coping techniques that revolved around spending time with my loved ones in person became quite limited. And it's quite scary to get a breakdown because some end with me having a psychogenic seizure of sorts, that threatens my physical safety too if I am unable to control my emotions. I have a safety plan that hasn't failed me so far because I do get a warning of a few seconds of dizziness before an episode, but having one or two here (despite managing to not be physically harmed) has made me feel the urgency in finding a support group here asap.

So I've been looking to connect with others near me who understand this experience, but I've been unsuccessful in finding any free support groups that would help me do so; unfortunately, I've got financial constraints and am unable to afford anything paid right now. (Edited by moderator) I guess online groups would also be better than nothing. I just wanna be able to talk to someone who gets it, laugh and connect with them, be there for each other, instead of having to carry it all alone.
