Just wondering if there's a group for people who have BPD here brisbane northside that catch up? Asking for husband (who also has adhd)

Hi @ButterflyChase apparently MHFA do an online group monthly https://supportgroup.mhfa.org.au/borderline-personality-disorder

It's not relevant to my diagnosis. But I have done similar zoom based groups
