Being Brave & Feeling Lost in Life

Being Brave & Feeling Lost in Life

Hi everyone, I'm new here and didn't really know where to start, so thought I'd be brave and just say hi. I'm pretty lost in my life, have been for 6+ months, just a young woman living at my parents again and trying to get back on my feet; trying to rebuild heathy habits, find actionable purpose for where life is at right now, find a new job, build goals for my life and so on. If anyone would like to chat about related topics or share tips from your journey, please do, I look forward to connecting with you all :)

P.S. I have no idea what I'm doing, flying by the seat of my pants, so go easy on me hehe

@L-137

What are your healthy habits.

Mine have been different at different times in my life.

When I was young work and study were huge, but these days gardening and cooking has taken over....lol

I love setting long-term goals! Finding things I'm passionate about (which takes time) and then slowly working step by step towards them give me a great sense of purpose. I recommend it!
