@Taali I agree I think the health strategies they have may have some small merit but they dont adequately support people on their MI journey. I come from an extended family of psychologists. Both in-laws and my biological sister (reunited after adoption) were psychologists. I use all kinds of approaches these days. Its good the last mental health worker just gave you respect and allowed you to be heard adequately instead of going through the motions. The free market has better solutions than the mental healthcare system in my opinion.

Yes. I'm sure lucky to have struck gold with her. She had to try the strategies to begin with as we didn't know each other

I can't imagine what it must be like for her going to people's homes and not really knowing what to expect. They check in and out of visits by phone, but in all reality I could be a monster 👻 👽
