I have to clean today. Last minute decision to have my sister drop in Sunday. I found Mum's old photo albums in the cupboard So she'll take those and apparently leave a birthday gift for me

I have groceries coming this morning at 9am

I thought it was a pretty sunrise this morning with the clouds. I'm working at Vinnies this morning and will catch up with a neighbour this afternoon. I'm now addicted to Suduko! I have a hair appointment which is quite a worry because my regular hairdresser is away visiting family in India, so I am trying a new person. Just a trim but once it's gone it's gone

Funny my neighbour who is attached to my unit and I rarely speak although there's only a wall separating us. She's lovely but like me values privacy. It's a good fit for me

Hello everyone. Thankyou for setting up this new space Miss Gremlin 👍 I did not sleep last night. I think its due to a supp which I cant take anymore. Went outside this morning at 7am to watch the sunrise. Learnt from an online doctor that you can reset your circadian rhythms just by watching sunrise. He put out materials during covid and that was what he shared with his online community. My other GP that gives me acupuncture told me the same thing. I use it in my toolkit because I usually get a deep sleep that night. My eyes will get heavy by 7pm and I feel totally knocked out. Its a good fallback strategy! Was feeling irritable this morning so did my Eden Method Morning routine and am feeling chipper now. If I dont do it I feel like I've gotten out of the bed the wrong way. People all round the world do it and like them I wont go a day without it. Its free on you tube if youre interested. Go to The Eden Method you tube channel if you want to start your day on the right foot
