There's no supports really to reach out to other than friends online but I don't want to burden them and the crisis service. I'm getting over having little glimmers of hope dangled in front of me but then ripped away 😞.

You’re definitely not a burden, and if reaching out helps you get through the harder moments, it’s okay to lean on the people and supports you have. You don't have to carry everything on your own. I can understand how exhausting and discouraging it must feel when you get little glimmers of hope and then feel like they're taken away again 💛
