Managing relationships

Struggling with communication/ptsd

Struggling with communication/ptsd

Hi all. I’ll try not to drag this out or bore you all. I’m 44 and recently remarried. I was in my first relationship/marriage for 19 years and he was abusive, degrading and lazy. He told me nobody else would ever love me and I learnt that as a self truth. I met my new man when I swore off ever having another relationship again. He gives me everything and has always been there for me, but…. I have reflected my feelings and learnt behaviours onto him and caused him pain and relationship issues in the process. It’s taken me 6 years to believe when he tells me I’m worthy and beautiful. Lsadly, when we first me I also continued talking to another man for fear he we would be like my ex and throw me away too. Even though I could tell he was “different”. I ’ve had multiple self harming and suicide attempts over that time. I’ve now got the self harming and suicidal thoughts under control, but he has now started telling me how he’s felt all these years and it’s tearing me apart. I struggle to communicate, for fear of retribution which was learnt in my first marriage, if I make a mistake I’ll panic and instead of owning it, try to give him a reason that won’t disappoint him. I’ve acknowledged his feelings and agreed to try harder but he’s still hurting and angry. I’m so angry at myself for not seeing it before he had to open up and cry and explain, we love each other and want to make it work. I know we can’t take back the past, but how do I help him heal? There’s other things also hurting our relationship but I feel this is already too long so I’ll add as we go if needed. Thank you all for any support/advice

Re: Struggling with communication/ptsd

There are sound frequencies that I have used successfully off this channel to change my thought-forms. All I can say is they have worked for me. You dont need to be held captive from the past and what your ex did to you. These beliefs people have of us attach themselves energetically and we come to think we are the things people said we were years ago. I did not have to wrestle with it any longer. This channel has been a game-changer for me. I dont know if this suggestion sits well with you or not but sharing in the hope that just maybe you might want to give it a try. If not you might find some other method like positive affirmations to change your subconscious programming perhaps, but this is direct and accessible. All you need to do is listen!

Quote: "Thought forms are projections from other beings or people onto us. As they grow stronger, they can become part of us without us even noticing, influencing our behavior and becoming our normal state. Positive projections, like a child thinking of their parent as a superhero, are beneficial. However, most thought forms are unconsciously projected by others and attach to our aura, especially if we share similar beliefs or are in a low vibrational state at the time. For example, if someone on the street thinks, "What an ugly person," and you are in a low vibrational state, this thought form can attach to your aura, making you feel ugly. This feeling isn't originally yours; it was projected onto you, and you accepted it. After this clearing, you will feel like a new person. Parasites, on the other hand, love to attach to individuals and project their thoughts, feelings, and patterns. This programming aims to remove energy parasites and the patterns that attract such energy and entities to you. As a result, you can also expect to rid yourself of "real-life" parasites—people who drain your energy. You can use headphones or speakers for this process. We recommend speakers to affect your whole body and subconscious mind. Listen to it again whenever you feel the need"
