Hi all! no idea if ive already messaged on here, my sickness is making all the days blur together ahaha

I'm feeling really very ignorant but somewhat intrigued by all the references to astrology

Can anyone point me toward a good introductory book 📖

I'd prefer a hard copy to get my toes wet.

I've been reading a book titled Buddhish by Dr Peirce Salguero which has peaked my interest in some aspects of that ideology.

I'm going to buy a copy for a re-read. Along with sticky notes...

I'm open to most teaching that don't require complete commitment

That may sound a bit wishy-washy

I'm okay after falling into a messy heap yesterday.

My security camera isn't working so that P'd me off. But doesn't explain my sudden paralysing mood.

I guess I've got to accept that that's my MI messing with me.

I watch trash on TV. Some people listen to music and some walk or do hobbies. Some sleep.

There are plenty of astrology books to choose from, but I would probably recommend 'Astrology for Beginners' by Silvia Hill as a decent, relatively uncomplicated reference. It's pretty reasonable as a hard copy (Kindle ebooks are a lot cheaper and easier if you have a tablet or your phone screen is big enough), from memory I think a hard copy of the above is around $20.

@taali if you haven't, then getting your full birth chart done might be an in road. Reading through your own 5-10 page report can be relatable in ways that textbooks can't

You can look up each section individually as you read through it in your chart
