Realising today I have no one to call
I have had mental health issues for over 15 years now, been diagnosed with BPD, social anxiety, anxiety, depression and possibly have autism too. The last 2 years have been the worst part of my mental health. I did have support, but after I completed DBT they discharged me. It has been 8 months now. I was left with no job, no goals and no life to go to. Trying to seek support has been a losing game, and trying to get a job has been a losing game. But I have just masked and continued like nothing is wrong and that I'm fine, but really, I'm hurting inside. Today had a massive breakdown and realised I actually have no one to call, no friends and no family that I can speak to. I live with family but they act oblivious to what I am going through. It's like I'm not even here, that I don't exist unless they need something from me. It's lonely, it's dark and empty.
