I use the free tier. I think you have the option to pay to integrate it into gmail, drive etc. But I don't need any of that

Sorry about the telehealth. I am not keen on it, and prefer f2f, but have submitted to it as the way of the moment, with my psychologist.

I also had the Error 403 for trying to do a bulk post. I reported it a while back.
