@StuF mercury goes direct in the last week of July. When it goes retrograde as it is now internet has problems. Hopefully it will be ironed out by then. Its usually on the mark with mercury retrograde. Seen it many times myself. I cant predict but can say when I had internet problems once during a mercury retrograde I had to buy a new modem and got totally messed around by my ISP. When mercury went direct the problems resolved themselves. Watch out for the last week of July hopefully by then the website should be more operational. I'm hoping thats the case. I keep telling folks to be patient

@StuF I can totally relate as some people have been really triggered. Maybe they will find their way back to the forums. SANE is a lifeline for many people who dont have friends in real life for whatever reason. Its a shame this has happened but its not just this forum thats having the hiccups. Spoke to an astrologer who is having her home wrecked by a data center monstrosity being built near her. These data centers occupy the size of a suburb they put out noise, air pollution etc and consume copious amounts of electricity and water jacking up utilities prices for local residents. We've been told theyre using renewables but they cant power anything. They also mentioned they use recycled water but I find that hard to believe. Thanks to AI we now have data centers and locals stand to lose everything. Since the last week of June things have certainly thrown a spanner in the works for a lot of people. But I do understand the impacts on the MI when you count on having some type of connection with others online who understand your situation and offer care and support

Yeah, the forum troubles could hardly have happened to a less deserving group of people...So many vulnerable types have had their online space torn apart from within. I'm sure it will rise again [edited by moderator].

So sad. And no point attributing blame or anything. No one wanted this to happen. But yeah...sad
