I log on hoping things have changed but they still haven't. I still cannot read or chat in any thread. Doesn't matter if its new, old, mine.

Yes I've reported a technical issue, no I haven't heard back

Don't think I'm being rude, but no I cannot respond to you on here. Can only read it if I'm logged out.

Like a lot of others, being on here is a struggle. A once safe place doesn't feel that way anymore.

I've been trying to keep some hope but there's not much left.

Yes I've tried to do the right thing and reached out elsewhere for help.

And conversely, what are you noticing is within your control right now? For example, even something small like what you eat, when you go to bed, or how you take care of yourself. 🥰

I'm struggling to control myself in many ways. A lot of it is the way I'm handling things. It's hard to explain on here without overstepping the line.

I know I have control over some of me. Unfortunately it's not really helping.
