I know the new forums upgrade has many technical issues and it's making it incredibly hard for us to connect in the way we used to. It's been bringing up alot of thoughts, triggers, past trauma and frustration for alot, if not all of us.

But one thing I do know is that we're stronger together and even if we can't connect how we used to right now it doesn't mean that the same love and care we have for each other isn't still there. I love each and every one of you and value the connections we have here, I think of you all everyday even when we aren't able to connect.

So to everyone here, keep holding on, keep pushing through, we'll get through this together just like we always do. Sending love and hugs to everyone, you're not alone, not now, not ever ❤️.

Please know if I haven't tagged you it's not intentional, this post is for everyone here ❤️. It's just hard to remember everyone when I can't access previous posts.

Re: To the forums community.

@MissGremlin yeah cost of living is through the roof. The government cant keep trying to get out of it by printing more money. I just try and treat myself now and then though. I dont really go anywhere or doing anything much - just make my own fun and enjoyment. The frittata is in the oven. I'm now going to roast some beets before I put them in the waffle iron. Nearly used up all my produce. Might blitz some cauliflower to turn it into "cauliflower rice" which is a great low carb option to use in curries instead of conventional rice

Re: To the forums community.

@MissGremlin feeling a bit worse for wear today. A coronial mass ejection has entered the earths atmosphere. I follow heliobiology and how space weather can affect health. Its handy to know when a CME or solar flare is entering the earths atmosphere. It was a big one this week. Living alone its a handy tool to have the notifications so you can check whats going on so you know why youre feeling a certain way. I got into it through an online friend who was a geophysicist. I get free notifications sent to my e-mail but used to have them sent to my phone as part of a subscription service. It gives peace of mind

Hi @SmilingGecko ,

It's great that you've found something that brings you peace of mind. Just a gentle reminder for everyone that experiences vary, and what helps one person may not be the same for someone else.

If you're noticing changes in your physical or mental health, it's always a good idea to discuss them with a healthcare professional to get personalised advice.

Take gentle care as you continue to look after yourself <3

@SmilingGecko it most definitely is through the roof. I'm the same and don't really go anywhere or do anything. You do so well to use up your produce however you can, so many yummy things you make aswell.

I'm sorry you're feeling a bit worse for wear today sweet, hopefully it settles down and that you're feeling better soon ❤️.

Re: To the forums community.

@Honeymoon yes always a good to check with a doctor if the symptoms dont go away! I should have qualified my statement and written it a bit better. Thankyou for mentioning that. Heliobiology has been a useful tool for me I belong to the online UFO community and we are always comparing ascension symptoms from geomagnetic weather such as the schumanns resonance etc. You feel less alone with what you are going through and most people just are able to laugh it off. But yes always check with a doctor if symptoms persist or else just lie down and take a Bex!

How are we doing good people? Been in a bit of a rut myself. The new TMS treatment real knocks me for six. i have been battle emotions at peak levels, often for hours on end, while my brain is 'resetting' itself.

The results?

anxiety has been down by 80 percent

anger is down by 60 -70 percent

Nausea down up to 85 percent of the time but can be just as intensive when it comes.

sleep has improve by almost 2 hours a night. From less than 4 to hovering around six. That is over 2 sleeps tho. i still struggle to make more than 3 in my first sleep most of the time. Also i often can snooze in my chair for a hour or so during the day.

The downs are still pretty bad tho but i have not been back to danger levels. So that has been welcome.

Going to Town every day has been cruelling fro the treatment often brings can bring on severe nausea for the first 3-5 hours after treatment.

Hoping all are well?

Re: To the forums community.

hi @MissGremlin I haven't been on here for a while now as I've been quite busy over the past few weeks but also quite overwhelming for me as it always feels. I don't feel like being much active on here these days for some reasons, but yeah I'm just feeling overwhelmed to say anything else other than what I can just say right now. But being busy and being part of another community for me to connect with has been good for me these days, not going to lie ❤️
