Life sucks when does it become worth living

Life sucks when does it become worth living

I'm so disappointed that this depression/anxiety bug keeps turning it's head up again to show me im still weak and still have no control.
I really feel like my body is hurting and I cant take this anymore. All I had to live for and any goals I has all become nothing because I'm actually just in this life to learn a lesson on being depressed and having anxiety. Everyone around me seems normal. I would effing love to feel normal.
I cant go to work cos im so messed up. I cant even make basic decisions cos my head is so foggy and messed up. No one has to worry but I literally feel like ... I dont even want to say it.

Why am I going crazy

Hi @Learninggrowing,

Please know that you're not alone. It can be so easy to feel like you're the odd one out, when everyone around you is doing so well. But the reality is that we can't know what others are going through. Even if people appear ok, I think many are dealing with their own struggles. @BlueBay @Pepsimax @utopia and @Former-Member have been in similar situations. I wonder if they can add something to this discussion.

Having anxiety and depression can be really debilitating, and exhausting. Remember, it's an illness, and just like having a cold or flu, it's not a reflection of weakness. Mental illness does not discriminate, no one chooses to have a mental illness. So please be kind to yourself, this is not your fault.

From what you've written, it sounds like you've like this for a long time. May I ask how long? And do you have support?

Hello @Learninggrowing

I am so sorry you are feeling this way, it must be terribly hard. It is not a weakness that you feel like you have no control, I completely agree with Cherrybomb that what your are feeling is a mental health issue, just like a stomach ache, it's about treating the source of that pain and belly ache, like removing the appendix, which is not your fault, these feelings are symptoms that you do not have control over because you need to help to treat the source of the pain. I hope talking about it helps and it's really brave that you are reaching out and sharing what you are going though,

We are here for you,
