This fruit slice thing I make, bit like Anzac biscuits but has orange in it and mixed fruit

fair enough @plasm0 more of a cook than a baker myself

I wanted to get into baking, these days my crazy idea is to buy a bakery then they can't stop me getting training

ahh easy to get the gear @plasm0 lots go bust. need a hook ie just pie pastie sausage roll , ok bread maybe and buns no flavoured weird sh!t no cheese etc no pizzas bla bla

get pty ltd ie company so claim all on tax , get failed bakery gear for SFA , set up new joint , ha ha

Hehe yeh doubt I'd do it, too lazy these days
