Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I try to use my support people but I find that hard within itself, I’ve just learnt to mask and use my own skills.

Hello @Dimity - I didn’t like that alarm at all, it triggered my panic attack off again.
now I’m just sitting on my bed trying to calm again.

Are you OK @Fluttershy1 ? Hoping you can reset eg breathing, grounding, cold water on face.
It wasn't as loud as I expected.

@Bunniekins thats good my airplane mode was on. No interruptions to my routine. I had to go to the meterbox and reset my inverter for my solar panels again. Wondering why it keeps on switching off. Got another opinion from a different electrician. He said nothing was wrong. Dont know what to believe with these people. Well its working now again - hopefully no more banging noises at night on the roof. It seems to stop after I reset the inverter. But how many times do I need to reset the inverter? lol
