Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

It’s all good. I’ve done a few things this morning, I’m about to dry my hair and see if I can have a nap.
My dogs were happy until I decided to bath them! 😂 At least they are both pretty good in there and aren’t too bad to blow dry.

I haven’t got up to fix it yet, my Bluetooth speaker has lights so I’m using that, don’t wanna move. It’s quite calming dark room with only my speaker and nova. @MissGremlin
