Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

How was your time with your support worker today @Fluttershy1?
I hear you... and that must be such an overwhelming place to be in when you're really needing support. What are you hoping to get from the community team? And did they share why they can't provide a referral? 💛

@AuntGlow - it was good with the support worker,
I was hoping they could also help provide less ED presentations & less contact with MH triage. because my support workers aren’t trained for crisis management as where some of them are for short term.

@AuntGlow Ive been left with the feeling I’ve done something wrong even though I don’t think I have. Idk. Few weeks ago Fluttershy posted a reply mentioning they felt the wrong person was tagged within a post by yourself. By now, I don’t know or understand what’s happening. Only know the entire thing has added to my feelings of not being wanted or welcome on the forums.
if I’ve done something wrong I’d rather know what it is than have the feelings of silence etc that have made themselves at home with me.
