Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I just want it to be normal, I’m struggling as it is, but with the forums being glitchy isn’t helping, I’m trying so hard to stay away from ER as it doesn’t help, I’m just sitting on the floor playing with nova, debating whether to have a shower or bath.

mine is to go chill with the family as I am trying to distract, I’ve just had a bath which was relaxing with lots of bubbles, just feeling alone with my thoughts and feelings, my eating dis*rd*r has been loud aswell trying to make me diet.

I am glad you have mum and Nova to help keep you grounded and safe. Did you decide on a shower or bath? I find showers really regulating. In fact, I might have one myself! @Fluttershy1 🥰

@AuntGlow - I had a bath, it was really relaxing. I also washed my hair so now I feel squeaky clean hahaa, nova has been fed. Now I’m laying in bed watching a movie

My friend is going out for her birthday and I am thinking of joining, but I am also experiencing lower back pain so I am uncertain - the shower will decide haha
Chilling with your family sounds nice and yay for being squeaky clean! What kind of bubble bath do you use?

@AuntGlow - I think a shower and chilling out would be better than going out as it’s too cold hahaha, that’s my choice personally, I just like making the bath really hot and putting the body wash in!
now I’m just sitting on my bed with nova watching movies, she’s laying on my feet purring which is soothing and helpful, I’ll probably fall asleep watching movies to be honest like I normally do.
Eating diso*d*r voice has been critical but I’ve been ignoring it. But sometimes it is really hard to block out because it just wants its own way, plus I keep thinking I need to diet because I am insecure about my body.
