Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Hai @MissGremlin @AuntGlow @Captain24 @NightFury @Taali @Chasingsunsets @Bunniekins - what a day today has been, I’m so overwhelmed, I just wanna pack up everything and hide, had my support worker which was good.
just had dinner and now I’m laying on mums bed gunna go to my room soon.
I feel like the MH system isn’t listening to what I need, I need a referral to the community team but they won’t do it.

It's really hard when the MH system isn't listening and that you're not able to get what you need.

I don’t know what else to do about that @MissGremlin - I need community again but they aren’t listening. I feel like I’m getting worse but they don’t wanna help they are like use your NDIS workers etc, but I’m like there not here for me 24/7 and they aren’t crisis trained like you guys are.

@Fluttershy1 I'm not sure what to suggest other than to keep trying, sometimes we really have to fight for the right support. I know it shouldn't be that way but the system is far from perfect.

@MissGremlin - it’s so draining, I just wish we had a much better system, it takes so much out of me when I’m already depleted.
