Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Evening at @Fluttershy1 😊. Trampoline sounds fun. Reminds me of when I was younger and the saying of “double bouncing” someone so they would go really high hehe. I don’t think I have ever been to a trampoline place!

Hi @Chasingsunsets - yessss I remember being double bounced and you would go high, trampoline parks are fun but very draining.
they have the gymnastic trampolines aswell the super bouncy ones where you can go really high and that’s super fun!!
