Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@AuntGlow - I’m going to the aquarium on Friday so I’m looking forward to that. I relate to being a Leo but don’t know much about my birth chart.
I love having nova she’s been a massive help in my mental health, she’s also been helping me keep out of ER. Just trying to keep civil at the moment, just restless and hoping I’ll fall asleep sooner rather than later because I need some sort of sleep you know.
