Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Spent hour on mower hacking 2 ft high marshmallows down lol. Not start mower in a year , just fresh fuel and it went. Cat 🐈 caught a mouse in backyard and brought inside to play with. I split more wood for fire. Bit stuffed now .

@MissGremlin @TAB - could be better if I’m honest, just wanna isolate myself, but have a support worker coming at 3pm. Don’t wanna do anything apart from lie in bed, feel that horrible mentally. I just wanna feel like a normal person. My emotions are bottling up aswell.

@MissGremlin - my support worker is building novas cat enclosure for me as I get frustrated to easily. Nova is chewing my pillows lol
