Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I’m glad you let us know you’re safe. Maybe for now it’s okay to keep things really gentle and just focus on getting through this moment. You don’t have to force yourself to feel better straight away.
I hope Nova is able to give you some comfort, even if she is demanding breakfast first!
