Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

She usually wakes me up around 5am, and once she’s been fed, she’ll generally let me go back to sleep for a little while😊

If I don’t get out of bed to feed her straight away, she’ll either scratch at my bathroom door (it’s right next to my bed) to get my attention, or sit on the bed frame, staring down at me and meowing until she gets what she wants 😂 @Fluttershy1

I now just roll over and ignore nova but she gets real snobby and will start again 2 hours later. 😂
