Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I haven’t had the best of days, my support worker cancelled on me last minute, so I spent today painting my room, I’ve officially got 1 wall done, now I’m sitting in the bath, nova is in the bathroom with me. She’s trying to jump in the bath with me.
so after my bath I need to put everything back where it was.
I’ll be about for abit as I am just trying to regulate. Am safe

@Chasingsunsets - no I didn’t maybe try and post it again, the bath helped. I’m now in bed, had my meds, got Perry, nova is in her cat tower causing chaos not really hahaha she’s asleep. I won’t be far off.

I’ve been very up and down, I got cancelled on 2 days in a row so I wasn’t very happy about that but I kept myself busy.
been catching up on sleep and cuddling with Perry, nova has been watching tv with me and we have been doing lots of playing because my POTS has been bad today.
just about to take my meds even though I’m not tired, I’m just gunna lay here and watch tv and cuddle with Perry.

Hey @Fluttershy1 I am doing ok thanks for asking. Sorry you support workers cancelled two days in a row but despite this it sounds like you are doing a great job keeping busy. I hope you can get some rest tonight. I am about to go to sleep myself. I wanted to ask also who’s Perry I know about Miss nova but not sure I know about Perry! Take care 🙏🌻

I’m sorry I only just saw your posts. It’s really disappointing to be cancelled on, especially two days in a row. It sounds like you’ve done a great job of looking after yourself though, and I’m glad you’ve had Perry and Nova there to keep you company
