Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@MissGremlin - just climbed into bed with mum & her cats, I’ve got the shakes so I’m just trying to calm down, I have had my night meds, my head has now quiet down.

@Fluttershy1 I'm glad that you've climbed into bed with mum and her cats. I'm sorry to hear about the shakes but I'm glad that you're head has quietened down after your meds and that you're feeling a bit more safe and calm.
