Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Hey, I ordered a hose connection thingo from Bunnings and it cost $3.50 Seems a bit silly 😜
I was absolutely continue that I needed it yesterday and then it p!issed down!! haha 😄
