Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

things are still not great, I just wanna hide away, I’m just completely shattered, I had to do a few things today. Buy cat food, new phone charger, clean my room etc.
had a support worker and we didn’t really do much. Watched movies etc.
now laying in bed watching tv, got ember sitting on my chest I think she knows I’m not doing great.
