Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

@Fluttershy1 Apparently a few dogs can sing. lol It sounded a bit like this dog in the yt. The dog I met may have sensed I did music ...idk...It was definitely a singing sound, not barking. I was looking and just talking quetly to him.. eg., I apologised for mainly speaking Miaow, rather than dog. Silly conversational. The owner was on his phone, but appreciated that I appreciated his well behaved dog.

It sounds like you’ve still managed to do some really positive things despite struggling.
I’m sorry you’re still having such a hard time, but I’m glad you’ve been able to get some extra time with CATT and that T agreed you need a few more days of support. I hope it gives you some time to settle and get some things back on track

got discharged from CATT yesterday, all good was managing quite well until today, we get a call the morning that mums dad is being airlifted to a different hospital because he had a heart attack/stroke & a brain bleed so we found out that he doesn’t have many days left or potentially hours so we went up and said our goodbyes which really upset me because he remembered me and wouldn’t let go of my hand which made me cry. So I spent like 3 hours with him and just talked to him and went through memories.
then I left and it really hit me which landed me in ER and I just couldn’t console myself or regulate so I ended up seeing MH and talking things through but it’s not going to be easy at all.
