Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

sorry I’ve been so absent, I have had a lot of time off my social media and here because I was trying to get back on my meds which I’m now on, I’ve still been struggling a lot but have managed to go swimming twice, have a friend stay 2 nights. Go to Noah kahan concert, cry over his concert.
trying to get my care with CATT team extended as I’m still struggling and I landed in ER today and saw T, she agreed I need a few more days with catt.
am safe, will be around tonight to chat as a distraction
