Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I tried a water fountain thing for Nala but she would just touch the water with her paw and not drink it so now she has a bowl lol @Fluttershy1

@MissGremlin - I was in ER Thursday night and again today for my MH and my thoughts and they kept sending me home. I’m safe but I was struggling I had told them that and they didn’t listen at all.
