Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Yeah pretty much. If she would just settle and sleep on the bed then I'd let her in my room all night but instead she runs around and makes too much noise lol @Fluttershy1

today has been quiet been trying to keep busy so my head doesn’t run wild with my thoughts, I’ve been bedazzling and watching tv, messaging my support workers, just trying to keep busy. Nova has also had a lot of playtime. Haven’t napped today so hopefully I sleep better tonight.
