Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I’ve gone to my bungalow @Taali - nova is asleep next to me, I don’t think I’ll be far behind her. lol. Got therapy tomorrow.

Hai @PeppyPatti - we normally talk and get Starbucks lol! We also get crafty we do quite abit I have 3 workers on my team they come during the week & weekend. Which is amazing.

I had therapy today and it went well, I spoke about how I was feeling, we had a laugh, which was good, I then went to the pet shop and got nova some dry food as she wasn’t liking the other one. And my friend was working so we caught up and had a chat and a laugh.
now I’m back home, blasting my music, doing the party backdrop tiles and watching nova have her zoomies as i am trying to cope and get through the rest of the day..still not great but it’s progress.
