Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

Yep, they wanted me to go in for a meeting community mental health and then they were like no we are closing your referral @DogMan79 - it’s just annoying.

trying to keep busy, got fish for the fish tank today which was amazing. Now I’m sitting on my chair doing bedazzling with a support worker.

I'm seeing my mental health support worker tomorrow, I call her my friend because she has become so. She's off to Bali for a couple of weeks, so I'll see how that goes
She's actually supposed to be cutting me back to fortnightly visits but we sneak weekly visits in.

@MissGremlin - I am having fun bedazzling, Casper looks so cute in his new harness, nova has stolen my support workers heat pack lol. Whenever she tries to take it back nova tries to play fight her 🤣
@Taali - I’m a pro multitasker lol, I’m glad you’re seeing your support workers, I’m cheeky like that aswell. I’m trying to stay well aswell
