Feeling lost and confused, just wanna feel alright I want things to be the way they used to be. I keep getting let down by ndis support workers aswell and it’s breaking me. I’ve been to ER twice this week and I was trying so hard not to go.
changes are just triggering all together. It’s just hard. But still going with my coping skills.

I just am trying to keep this mind of mine busy so it doesn’t have the opportunity of wonder off and overthink, nova has been really cute and funny, I got her some new toys that are interactive and she goes crazy for them and it’s so funny because it helps her sleep through the whole night so I’m not waking up with the zoomies throughout the night.
nova is still loving her greenies cat treats, we have tried all the flavours and she loves them alll. It’s soooo good, trying to raise her not to be a fussy cat.

Aww, Nova must be having so much fun! Cats definitely need a bit of entertainment, and I'm so glad it's helping her sleep through the night too. Hopefully that means you will be getting a much better night's sleep as well

Nala has just woken up from a nap. She's sitting by the window chatting away to the birds now 😂

Nala is asleep next to me right now. She has so many toys already, but her favourite is this little fish toy. It doesn't even do anything, but she carries it around in her mouth all the time lol

LOL @Nala2022 - nova carries her toys around then drops them for me to throw and then brings them back. Or she try’s to play with 2 things at once lol.
maybe the interactive toy might interest her more? Get her physical exercise in and wear her out before bed

That’s so cute!
Nala never brings her toys back to me, but she’ll look at the toy and then look straight at me, basically telling me with her eyes that she wants me to play 😂

@Nala2022 - it’s helped stop nova with midnight zoomies and sleep through the whole night I do it for half and hour before bed. Then feed her and she’s gone to sleep for the night lol

@MissGremlin @Bunniekins @TAB @Cuddlebear @NightFury @Taali @DogMan79 @Captain24 - having a tough night, sitting here crying, feeling numb and alone. Just wishing I never burdened the system with my MH issues, they are making me feel like I can’t reach out to them.
MH triage won’t speak to me, Community MH won’t help me, now what just rely on my NDIS workers….
