Hey @MissGremlin, sorry for delay reply! I wonder what Dimond art are you doing? I’m not doing much, probably should be doing more 🤣🙊. It’s funny I’ve had to practice my breathing though cos Pilates makes you do controlled breathing lol made me laugh cos I’m not good at it at the moment lol
