Something’s not right

Riding a wave

Riding a wave

Hi all,

@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

Re: Riding a wave

Sorry to hear that there has been a development @Phoenix_Rising. As @Former-Member said, feel free to write things out in an email if you feel that would be helpful for you

Glad to see that @Zoe7 has reeled you into the shore with her for the time being There are plenty of floaties around in the ocean if you find yourself drifting out to sea again

@Former-Member I sent an email ages ago. I assume it is floating around somewhere.

@Phoenix_Rising - popping past on my unicorn floatie thing now that the floatie collecting @Former-Member is back (good to see you 😄 ) to say that I've read your posts and feel all kinds of things (scared/anxious/lost/frustrated/hopeless etc) with you and thinking about what might be happening for you in the lead up to this appointment.

Wish it was easier for you at the moment.

Yes sorry @Phoenix_Rising, I saw the email...I'm a bit slow on the uptake today (still have holiday brain on I think, I need to switch gears!)

Hi @Zoe7 and @CheerBear It's good to see both of you too!! I'm glad I'm back to join in the fun here

Hi @Shaz51,

It is nice to see you out here on the ocean today, despite the waves being a bit rough. I hope you have had a nice day.

Re: Riding a wave

@Former-Member who is watching over the ocean tonight? I am SUPER feeling the strain of seeing therapist-take-eleven tomorrow. I have such a bad feeling about it but I am trying so hard to hope that paradoxically the bad feeling will lead to a positive outcome - because I've gone into the first session with therapists 1-10 feeling positive and each of those relationships went arse-up. I so very VERY badly need this to be the right match.

@CheerBear I am going to be snuggled in your pocket super soon. I am going to take the only-in-emergencies medication so that I will sleep ok and then be up early in the morning. I will definitely be wearing my duck socks to tomorrow's adventure. Why oh why is it so difficult to find helpful helping people!!!!
