Riding a wave

Riding a wave

Hi all,

@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

Those who have understanding lack power while those who have power lack understanding. 😔😔😔😔😔

Re: Riding a wave

I’m sorry @Phoenix_Rising 😞
Thought I might be different.
In another life I used to look after women at a particularly challenging time of their lives. Sometimes my colleagues would do anything not to care for certain “difficult” clients but I would always ask to be assigned because I felt differently about them ( I saw a little of myself maybe?) . I usually worked out fine.
Don’t give up PR because there is always someone like TTT, who will help 🌱

Re: Riding a wave

I have no words I can say right now but lots of feelings with you @Phoenix_Rising. I am listening and hearing. I wish it wasn't like this 😞

@Catcakes TTT could help...but the mess keeps getting bigger at a faster rate than 50 minutes a week can come anywhere near to helping with. TTT told me in our second session that step one of brain fixing was to stabilize the situation. And yet six weeks on, the wrongness of the wrong just keeps getting worse and worse. 😔😔😔😔😔

@CheerBear you truly truly know and feel it don't you. You truly truly do.

I am getting a danger feeling at a lizard brain creeping in @Phoenix_Rising. I will be here from here-but-not until it creeps away again.

I wish things were not the way they are. Sitting with you in it the way it is though.

😞

Re: Riding a wave

@Phoenix_Rising ultimately our choices are OURS but you are thought of with fondness here by many including myself. Although we all have our individual stories to tell and live in completely different places - together here we form this community - at times it is challenging and at times it is heartwarming being part of what makes up forumland - and you are an integral part of what makes this place what it is - a community. With any community we will have our ups and downs but what never wavers is that we actually care about each other - even when we are not around to show this. We (I) care about you and forumland is the 'magical' place it is in no small part because you are part of it. I totally respect your choices @Phoenix_Rising - as you have done for me many times but I need you to know that I do care and it would not be the same here without you.
