I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

The wellbeing of one will be sacrificed for the wellbeing of another. I am the one of lesser value. I do not matter. There was a choice and they chose the other. I do not matter. @CheerBear@Catcakes I emailed TTT but she doesn't have any appointments available. I'm not due to see her until next Thursday. WHAT DO I DO???? How does anyone live with the objective reality that they do not matter? They made a choice. They chose the other. No amount of reframing in the world can change that!!!!! I do not matter. Anybody can do anything to me and their wellbeing will still come first.
