Riding a wave

Riding a wave

Hi all,

@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

I'll be snuggled up with the Giraffes right at the back @Phoenix_Rising

I am glad you like your present Consider every day you have to WAIT to learn to make pictures one day closer to actually learning to make pictures

Goodnight little turtle - flippers up! (with no apostrophe lol)

Hi @Phoenix_Rising

I'm not really here because I'm busy managing almost crippling anxiety at busy shops with tinsel and the supermarket. But I found these and thought of you and wanted to share.

I'm wearing duck socks today and thought the ducks next to a celebration edition of OTPYG was very cool. Just above these two was another one called "Hooray for Fish". I love kids books.

Back to breathing again. Hope your morning is going ok 🙂

*Zoe flys in quickly to the beach to leave something for little turtle and quickly flies away before she is blamed for distracting @Phoenix_Rising again today ...*

Re: Riding a wave

@CheerBear I super like the photo from your less-than-fun shopping adventure.

Guess what? I'm back in THE WAITING PLACE!!!! I'm just about ready to post part I of the epic mindfulness part of the DBT adventure but I'm waiting around for a yes or no with respect to a link I want to include in it.

Maybe there will be some super nice @Former-Member looking out over the ocean with their email handy so that they can look at the email I sent through earlier today. As awesome as it is to have this opportunity to practice waiting, it would be equally cool to post the next part of the DBT adventure.

Everybody is just waiting...

you too @Phoenix_Rising - it isn't just me then - wow I feel soooo much better - it really isn't a conspiracy

Awwwww @Zoe7, that's SUPER!!!!!! By the way, did you know that NikNik left me the key to her giant flying nutella jar while she is on holidays? That's how I was able to get to TOR so quickly today. I have the nutella jar anchored just above the underwater cave, so all I have to do is swim alllllllllllllllllll the way to the top of the ocean, jump into the jar and away I fly. It's super cool.

Well...either it's not a conspiracy or it is a double conspiracy. And on that note we are stopping this conversation right here because I don't know about you, but there is a beeping alarm bell going off in my brain.

Re: Riding a wave

I can't believe my image for you is up and I am still waiitng for @Faith-and-Hope's - maybe I will go back to my conspuracy theory after all

What you may not know little turtle is that before NikNIk gave you the keys to the Flying Nutella Jar she asked me to ration out the Nutella so there is some left when she comes back - so you may have the keys to the flying Nutella Jar but I have the keys to the Super Secret Nutella Hiding Place Toby was supposed to be the guard dog but I think we all know that he goes where I go so not the best choice for a guard dog (and quite frankly I would not trust him to not eat the nutella himself lol)

Yes @Phoenix_Rising this conversation has now ended - I am hearing that same bell

Re: Riding a wave

Giggle. I thought you might hear the bell too @Zoe7. That was an icky adventure. We definitely need to listen to bells. Yay for bells.

Awwwwwwwwww Zoe, I didn't know NikNik left you the key to the nutella stash. I was planning to refill the jar tomorrow. There's no way the remaining 500kgs of nutella is going to last me another three weeks. You'll give me the key to the nutella stash won't you? Plllllllleeeeeeeeease????
