Something’s not right

Riding a wave

Riding a wave

Hi all,

@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

Thank you, @Zoe7. I think you’re super amazing, too. Thank you for making me feel so included.

(I can’t wait to see myself in the underwater cave when the picture appears.)

There’s way too much talk of BMs and number twos on the forum lately! 😁

@Zoe7, you’re too amazing to be demoted. I could never replace you. I think your number two place is well and truly safe. 🌷

seriously @Former-Member - I thought the tears had stopped for today

It isn't hard to make someone feel included when they are naturally awesome @Former-Member

btw - your post in Worry Room is one of the funniest things I have seen on this forum - so simple, so sarcastic and soooooo funny

Awww, thanks @Zoe7. Sorry about the tears—I didn’t mean to share them around.

I’m glad you got the humour in my Worry Room post. I’m often (usually) too sarcastic and end up offending people. When I saw @Phoenix_Rising's post, I checked out that website and my soul broke a little bit (more). Humour is one of my few non-maladaptive (adaptive?) coping strategies. 🌷

Thank you, @Zoe7. I wish the people in Not Forum Land were this lovely (and all had such an awesome sense of humour). 🌷🦋

(Still waiting for a glimpse of the underwater cave.)

Re: Riding a wave

I was about to log off but it didn't feel ok without swinging past tonight and saying goodnight here.

Goodnight Shaz51, bookish, Zoe7, Faith-and-Hope.

Night @Phoenix_Rising. It's only a couple of hours until it's Monday eve now. I don't actually know why Monday is a day aside from it being the end of the weekend, the start of the working week and maybe yoga day (hopefully for both of us this week).

Anyway, night again.
