Riding a wave

Riding a wave

Hi all,

@CherryBomb, @Former-Member or any other @Former-Member floating around Forum Land, will you ride a wave with me? I thought I would be fine doing something...but it turns out that the something has made my big feelings BIG and now I'm in a pickle...and there's nothing worse than a pickled turtle! I'm going to go and snuggle in my bed so I probably won't actually respond to you, but it will still super help me to know that I am not utterly alone on the wave. I don't want to tag anyone else because I don't want anyone to feel they need to respond. Thank you in advance for riding with me.

Re: Riding a wave

Haha @Zoe7 in that case my work here is done 😉

(Also it doesn't have to be TT's pink tummy in V2 if we consider the eyes to be looking in the direction they're pointing on top of TT's head... ok, now I'm done. I see both ways but can't explain it 😛 )

Re: Riding a wave

Seriously @TheVorticon I am going to need counselling after your explanations lol

@Phoenix_Rising I am going to move a motion to place a ban on @TheVorticon trying to explain ANYTHING - do you second that?

Re: Riding a wave

I think @TheVorticon has solved the great mystery of Myrtle's bum 😄

I'm just going to leave this here and back away really quietly now, pretending I didn't say anything as ridiculous as my failed attempt at explaining the difference between cousin Mrytle's butt and face depending on perception 😛

(I have laughed a lot though and my tummy feels good for it)

Night all 🙂

Re: Riding a wave

Good morning to anyone out on the ocean today. I have woken up feeling much brighter. I took some only-in-emergencies medication to help me sleep last night and my goal now is to stay awake all day and thereby hopefully start to get back into a healthy sleep pattern. Yay for me!

@CheerBear @TheVorticon @Zoe7 I am almost in tears laughing at the conversation that carried on here last night after I went to bed.

@Zoe7 I'm afraid I can't second your motion to ban @TheVorticon from ever explaining anything again because his option 2 sounds like what I was thinking must be going on. However, I'd like to propose another motion...that we ban @CheerBear from ever explaining anything. At least, I think in future she should always include a picture along with any written explanation. Your picture has made it all clear now @CheerBear. I can see what you actually did, and @TheVorticon has nicely explained what I saw.

Phew, I'm so glad we have solved this most important of issues. Nice team work in figuring out the answer. My only problem now is that looking at Myrtle's expression in this latest photo, I get the feeling that someone has told her I couldn't tell her bum from her face. I think I'm feeling quite relieved that there is a pane of glass between me and her right now. She sure is a lot bigger than me isn't she. I seem to get smaller and smaller all the time.

I have surfaced from my cave now and I am ready to just keep swimming. I hope everyone has a nice day out here on the ocean today.

Re: Riding a wave

I am so pleased for you little turtle. I had a few hours sleep but could definitely do with some more.

I am still seriously confused - so my aim today is to unmuddle MY muddle re: Little Turtle, Myrtle and the 'bum' issue @Phoenix_Rising @CheerBear @TheVorticon When I solve my muddle I will revisit your motion in regards to CB not explaining anything again! (This could take a while... lol)

If you are looking for me today I will probably be hiding under my rock stack - shaking and crying from the stress of trying to sort out my muddle - that you guys here created!!!!................. lol

Re: Riding a wave

@Zoe7 Perhaps you will need to consult Gen Giraffe for help in unmuddling the muddle of Myrtle's bum. I am ROFL imagining that conversation.

Re: Riding a wave

Just flying past quickly to second the motion that I should never try to explain anything again, at least without a picture, as I completely agree after visiting the conversation from last night @Phoenix_Rising and @Zoe7 😛

Hope today is good for you and you get lots done on your marking gig @Phoenix_Rising. So hood to hear you're feeling brighter 🙂

Have a good day @TheVorticon, @Zoe7, @Vanessa5 and everyone in the ocean today.

Might bump into you on SPP later Zoe? 🙂

@Phoenix_Rising @CheerBear @TheVorticon @Former-Member

This little flutterby is so in a muddle over Myrtle's bum that she has fallen off her rock stack and is now consulting Gen Giraffe to help her out.

Little Turtle, CB and The Vortican seem to think it is hilarious that Zoe cannot figure out 'the muddle that they all created!!!'

This could take some time (especially as Gen Giraffe is a flotation device and Zoe is not sure if she will actually be able to help - or if she is just full of hot air lol)
