Unreciprocated Mutual Respect in Family Relationships

Unreciprocated Mutual Respect in Family Relationships

does anyone else have this issue in their household? no one to offer a silver lining or giving credit where its due.

i feel its a way one spiral to a cold hearted bond in families but idk how to raise this in my household, especially since no one else is particularly knowledgeable about mental health.

@moodyahhhhh I don’t deal with unreciprocated respect with my household as I live on my own. I do however deal with, and know the pain, of reciprocated respect from people I’m related to be blood.

do you have a good gp or therapist you can talk to that might be able to provide you with help and support in this very challenging area?
