Managing thoughts of suicide & self-harm

My current journey

My current journey

Hey! I am a 29 year old music producer and songwriter (edited by moderator)

I’ve had a rough couple of months. My Nan killed herself, on Mother’s Day I finally told my mum never to talk to me again, I’m seperating from my husband and 3 weeks ago I was r**ed.

I’ve been self harming quite seriously and had to have surgery last week. I can’t keep doing this stuff to myself - I almost died and I guess this is just me reaching out to people who get it.

hope you’re all having a lovely weekend 💕

Re: My current journey

I know it gets rough at times, there is always a turn of perspective possible as long as we bear it out.

Obviously we try to minimise any permanent damage. Any which way works for you to ease the need and there's times that is a hell of a lot harder than others but keep trying. The future is unwritten and don't want to miss the unimaginable role that awaits you.
